About the role:
As we continue to scale globally, we are expanding our Client Onboarding Team and are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who thrives in fast-moving environments and is motivated by delivering exceptional client experiences. Role Overview This is a high-impact role at the intersection of client success, project delivery, and fintech operations. You’ll partner closely with our Strategic Partnership Sales Team to lead onboarding initiatives for global clients and ensure a seamless transition from implementation through to go-live and beyond. You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, owning onboarding projects end-to-end while helping businesses unlock the full value of the TransferMate platform.
Working shift: Monday - Friday, 22PM - 06:30AM (only on Fridays its going to be 22PM - 06:00 AM)
The position is temporary 12 months maternity replacement
Responsibilities:
Deliver a world-class onboarding experience for Strategic Partners and their clients, building confidence and trust from day one
Lead client implementation kick-off meetings and drive projects through to successful completion
Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder alignment
Facilitate discovery and information-gathering sessions to understand client requirements and operational needs
Configure TransferMate solutions to support client-specific workflows and business objectives Act as the central point of ownership across implementations—managing communication, timelines, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and technical teams to deliver seamless client launches
Support partners and clients post go-live, ensuring ongoing success and a strong customer experience throughout the onboarding journey
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the client experience at scale
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience
More than 2 years’ experience delivering complex implementation or onboarding projects within a SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environment
Strong exposure to Client Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementations, Project Management, or Technical Solutions
Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges, remove blockers, and keep momentum moving forward
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organisational and time-management capabilities, with a proactive and highly accountable approach to delivery
Experience achieving onboarding, implementation, or customer satisfaction targets
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience Strong technical fluency, including experience working with API integrations
Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent spoken and written English, including grammar, spelling, and professional presentation skills
