As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition for our Strategic Partners and their clients from initial sign-up to full platform adoption. You’ll act as the key liaison between Sales, Product, and Operations — managing client implementation projects, configuring solutions, and ensuring clients are set up for long-term success.
Work shift - 11pm -7.30am PHT
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to Strategic Partners and their clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Participate in client implementation kick-off meetings to understand requirements and define project scope.
- Project manage multiple onboarding projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Lead and facilitate client information-gathering sessions, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are collected accurately.
- Configure the TransferMate platform to meet client-specific needs.
- Act as the project owner, managing communication between internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress, identifying risks, and driving timely resolutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementations.
- Maintain and continually improve onboarding processes to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- 2+ years’ experience managing complex implementation or onboarding projects within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Implementations, Project Management, or Technical Solutions.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and technical solution configuration.
- Demonstrated project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Collaborative team player who can motivate and engage clients during onboarding.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of computer literacy, including Excel (advanced), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
