The successful candidate will contribute to the development and expansion of the services ensuring excellent customer support and efficient administration within our money transfers department.

Working shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM -19:30 PM

The position is temporary - maternity replacement.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English is a must - both written and spoken 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Good multitasking, attention to detail and prioritization skills 

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all areas

• Dealing with corporate and individual client queries 

• Providing excellent and efficient service to all clients, in a timely and professional manner.
